This site exists solely to deliver the EPP 12-Month Performance Series — a free email guide programme. The only personal data we collect is your name and email address, used exclusively to send you the guides you signed up for. We will never sell your data or send you irrelevant marketing.

Elite Player Performance ("EPP", "we", "us") is the data controller for personal data collected via this website (ml.eliteplayerperformance.co.uk), which operates the EPP 12-Month Performance Series email programme.
We are a sports performance coaching and assessment business based in Birmingham, West Midlands. This site is operated as a companion to our main website at www.eliteplayerperformance.co.uk.

02Data We Collect
2.1 Data you provide by signing up
When you sign up for the Performance Series on this website, we collect:
- First name — used to personalise your emails
- Email address — used to deliver your guides
We do not collect payment details, phone numbers, address, date of birth, or any other personal data on this site.
2.2 Data collected automatically
Our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically logs standard technical data including IP address, browser type, and pages visited for the purposes of site security and delivery. This data is not used for marketing.
2.3 What we do NOT collect
- Payment or financial information
- Location data beyond country-level IP geolocation by Netlify
- Social media profile data
- Health or biometric data
- Data from children — this site is intended for adults or parents signing up on behalf of their child athlete
03How We Use Your Data
- Delivering the 12-Month Performance Series guides to your inbox (one per month)
- Personalising email communications with your first name
- Sending related EPP coaching content, offers, and updates (only where you have consented)
- Measuring email open and click rates to improve our content (aggregated, not individually profiled)
We do not use your data for automated decision-making, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the Performance Series programme and EPP's coaching services.

05Email Marketing & Unsubscribing
Every email we send includes a clear, one-click unsubscribe link. We will process your request immediately and you will receive no further emails from us within 10 working days.
When you sign up on this site, you consent to receive:
- The 12 monthly Performance Series guides
- Related coaching tips and EPP updates
- Occasional relevant offers from Elite Player Performance
You can withdraw consent at any time by:
- Clicking the unsubscribe link in any email
- Emailing us at the contact in Section 13
- Calling 07538 064092
Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. We will never send your email address to third parties for their own marketing.
Our email delivery is handled by MailerLite (see Section 6). You can also manage your subscription preferences directly through any MailerLite email footer.

We do not share your personal data with any other third parties. We do not use advertising networks, social tracking pixels, or analytics tools on this site.
MailerLite acts as our data processor and is bound by a Data Processing Agreement. See MailerLite's Privacy Policy for full details of how they process subscriber data.

Contact us (Section 13) to exercise any right. We will respond within one calendar month.

10Security
We protect your data using:
- HTTPS on all pages (TLS 1.2+)
- HTTP security headers (X-Frame-Options, CSP, X-Content-Type-Options)
- MailerLite's enterprise-grade email infrastructure with SOC 2 Type II certification
- Netlify's secure, globally distributed hosting infrastructure
In the event of a personal data breach likely to risk your rights, we will notify the ICO within 72 hours and affected individuals without undue delay.
11International Transfers
Netlify stores data in the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). MailerLite operates from the EU and is directly subject to GDPR, providing equivalent protection to UK GDPR.
Google Fonts may process your IP address when loading fonts from Google's CDN (USA). No cookies are set and no personal data is retained by Google for this purpose.
12Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version. Significant changes will be notified to active subscribers by email.
